INTOUCHABLES
“Intouchables”
is a film which takes place in France. It’s about an aristocrat called Phillipe
who after a paragliding accident becomes a quadriplegic man. He decides to hire
a young man called Driss to help him with his clothes and with everything,
because he likes the way he treats him. He has a good sense of humor, though a
bit cruel to Phillipe. However, they become really good friends and Driss helps
his boss to woo a woman. When Driss leaves Phillipe after a long time, they
still keep in contact with each other.
I
really liked this film because I found it very funny and emotive. There are
some good points in the movie, which make it quite interesting, and I like the
fact that Phillipe wants Driss to treat him like a non-quadriplegic person. Driss
doesn’t feel any compassion for him, what makes Phillipe assimilate his
situation and move on.
I would
recommend this film to everyone, teenagers and adults, because it’s a great
film that shows the spirit of achievement of a person who doesn’t have the same
facilities as the rest.
